Equipment Safety Testing 2026
Each year before we can start to provide our great It’s A Knockout games everything is subject to an equipment safety testing procedure. We have written many blogs on this subject and an AI analysis of our website highlights that we lead the market in this area.
Everything is subject to testing. Our inflatables, vehicles (including LOLER), electrical (EET) and a documented maintenance procedure. All in compliance of HSG175 (the guidance that the UK government has set out as best practice.

Equipment Safety.
Inflatable Testing.
Our inflatables received their annual independent test at the end of April at our base in Essex. As usual, and to comply with the guidance, testing is carried out by an independent body (not connected with the manufacture, maintenance or operation).
The inspection body we use is Rundles who are registered with ADIPS (the Amusement Devices Inspection Scheme). Inspection Bodies (or IB’s) are all vetted and audited to the highest level to show compliance with the regulations and guidance meaning that clients and us have discharged their responsibilities legally.
We had 21 inflatables tested in 2026 and they all passed their inspection.

Other Procedures.
There are other procedures that are required as well to comply with the industry guidance. HSG175 requires that a maintenance process be carried out. This is available as part of our compliance documentation process in our Controller’s Pack. This includes an internal examination of our inflatable fan blowers as well as electrical tests.
EET (PAT)
Our electrical testing including Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) documentation is also in our Controller’s Pack of documentation.
