Hi Phil, It was a great day and enjoyed by everyone. Many said it was better than what they thought it would be. Every team got into the spirit of it, and all turned up in their fancy dress costumes and with their hand made joker cards. Hi Phil, Just had to say what an amazing Team you have the guys are a credit to the business, they are an added attraction so to speak with the banter it really was a great event. All feedback so far has been very positive, I was working on a stall so didn’t get to see the games but I have loads of videos and photos to go through, I was inundated with people coming saying what a great event, I had several asking bout bookings too I directed those to go speak with the guys so I hope you get a few enquiry’s from it too. We had never done something like this before but were really glad we did. We involved a huge number of students, 300+ over the day, divided into morning and afternoon sessions. We could have included more but wanted there to be some sense of privilege to being invited. The booked activities amply filled the time and students were never bored. The Knockout Challenge staff asked us to put the students into groups, and then they turned the whole thing into a competition between the groups, so it wasn’t just that the students were ‘doing’ fun activities, there was a real pleasure and purpose about what they were doing. Later, we had arranged for a shorter session just for staff; this also went down really well! The Knockout Challenge staff essentially do all the work – although I had organised for staff to be up on the field for ‘crowd control’, in effect they weren’t required, and happily watched from the sidelines. I found Phil at Knockout Challenge to be very professional to deal with. Equipment testing, insurance, risk assessments and all the other things you stress over as a member of staff were taken care of. Phil was able to reassure us, which was great when you have parents and governors feeling anxious about badly-explained events in the media. I was new to our school last year and was looking to start Rewards with a bang; the school had never organised anything like this before, so I am really grateful to Phil et al for making last year work so well that the Head was happy to fund it for next year too.

From start to finish they were extremely professional, amazing with the children (and the staff!) really entertaining and very organised.
